My name is Melanie Wright and I am a Realtor with Twin Oaks Real Estate. I am a hard working mom and truly love my job selling homes in Solano, Yolo and Sacramento counties. I am married to my best friend and wonderful dad. My son is the light of my life and the main reason I work so hard to provide for my family. I love what I do and the clients I meet every day!
I started working in the real estate industry in 1997 as an adminstrative assistant for a small brokerage in Vacaville, CA. I worked there for 3 years until a received my bachelor’s degree from Sacramento State University. I left the industry for a year to pursue other job ventures, but found myself longing to come back to real estate. After going through a very rough time in my life, I was welcomed back to Progressive Real Estate with open arms and worked my way up in the business, finally supporting 20+ agents in the office.
In 2005 I finally decided to get my real estate license and start selling homes and assisting buyers to meet their dreams of home ownership. I haven’t looked back and can truly say I love my job. It’s hard at times, but I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.
